Payment and/or your signature constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Definitions

“We”, “management” or “Stumped Cricket” refers to Richard Lumb Trading as “Stumped Cricket Coaching” of 11 Ainsty View, Whixley, YO26 8AJ.

“Your”, “participant”, “parent”, “guardian” & “customer” refers to any natural person or legal entity which pays for or takes part in any services or goods Stumped Cricket Coaching provides.
Charges, Bookings & Payment

Following your booking, Stumped Cricket will email a confirmation of your booking.

Full payment must be received at time of booking, unless written agreement has been received, failure to do so can result in the loss of the place on the course.

Any offers or discounts cannot be claimed retrospectively. Stumped Cricket reserves the right to cancel any offers or discounts without further notice. All discount codes must be quoted at the time of booking to qualify. Payment must be made in full at time of booking in order to redeem any discount.

Refunds/credits are subject to management approval. Refunds will be subject to any administration charges incurred. Credits may be offered for use against future courses/1:1 coaching sessions.
Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations are subject to the following charges: up to 2 weeks prior to a camp / academy - 75% refund
-
Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the course commencing will not be refunded. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.

Cancellations to any summer camp - If the entire Camp is cancelled this will result in a 75% refund to the customer. Single day cancellations will not result in any refund. If alternative venues are found to run the Camp within a 10 mile radius of the cancelled venue (using AA Route Planner), no refunds shall be given.

In the case of a venue cancelling a session that cannot be replaced then all participants will be offered a proportional refund set at the discretion of Stumped Cricket. However should an alternative venue be arranged that Stumped Cricket deem to be suitable then no refund will be available.

Cancellations to winter, or any other indoor sessions, caused by adverse weather conditions will not result in any refunds. A replacement session will be organised by Stumped Cricket at a suitable location. If this session can't be attended Stumped Cricket will not be liable for any refund.

Stumped Cricket reserves the right to modify a programme due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances.
Limits of Liability

Injury: In the case of any participants missing sessions due to injury refunds will be offered at 50% of the costs of the session missed, only after 2 sessions have been missed will a refund be activated. These initial 2 sessions will not be refunded as short term injuries can not be accounted for. Refunds/Credits issued due to injury need to be supported by an official doctors certificate confirming the participants physical health is no longer suitable to take part in the remaining sessions.

Neither Stumped Cricket nor any of its staff nor persons involved with the organisation of the 'Stumped Cricket' accepts liability for any losses or additional expenses incurred by any participant or their parents or guardians due to injury or sickness, strikes, war or any other cause beyond their control, whilst at the 'Stumped Cricket'.
Stumped Bat Buy Back

Stumped Cricket has launched a Buy Back Scheme for New Cricket Bats Purchased solely from Stumped Cricket.
This will allow those buying bats to potentially get some money back for the initial purchase.
In order for Bats to be eligible for buy back they need to meet the following conditions:

Purchased within the last 24 months direct from Stumped Cricket

Have a relevant Stumped Cricket Sticker on the Bat
Stumped Cricket will review the Bat using the following criteria:
Stumped A Rated Checklist
Bat Purchased under 12 months ago
No dents or cracks in the bat
No water damage
Bats appearance has not been adversely altered
Bat to be in good condition (Ping Factor)
Special Stumped Cricket Coaching sticker present

Bat Purchased under 24 months ago
Minor dents only in the bat
No major cracks to the bat
No water damage
Bats appearance has not been adversely altered
Bat to be in good condition (Ping Factor)

Explanation of Criteria:

Bat Purchased under 12/24 months ago: The Bat should have been purchased within the period of time denoted before it was returned for review.

No dents or cracks in the bat: The bat should have no visible dents or cracks.
-
Minor dents only in the bat: The bat has under 5 small dents that are under 2 mm in width and depth.
-
No major cracks: The bat only has surface cracks.
-
Bats Appearance has not been adversely altered: The bat returns looking the same as before, with manufacturer stickers intact and no additions to the look of the bat.

Bat to be in good condition (Ping Factor): The bat should still be in a condition that it can be used effectively by a new owner. The wood should not have dried out and lost its ping.

No Water Damage: The Bat should not show any signs of water ingress and damage.

Stumped Cricket Sticker Present: Each new Cricket Bat comes with a custom Bat Sticker that is reserved for cricket bats sold by Stumped Cricket. This sticker must still be present.
After the bat has been assessed Stumped may look to buy it back at the following rates:

Stumped A Rated: 50% of purchased price (not including delivery)
Stumped B Rated: 30% of purchased price (not including delivery)
If your Bat is deemed as not suitable for re-purchase we will arrange for it to be returned to you after the standard Stumped Cricket Bat delivery charge has been paid. Please see our Delivery Information for up to date charges.
These checklists will be carried out by a Stumped Representative and their decision on the state of the bat will be final. Stumped Cricket Coaching are also under no legal obligation to repurchase the bat and all undertakings will be completed in good faith.
Stumped Cricket Coaching also reserves the right to remove this offer at no notice without any obligation to fulfill it at a later date.

Faulty / Damaged Goods Policy
Should you feel that you have received faulty goods then in the first instance please contact us via email to richard@stumpedcricketcoaching.com to advise us of the situation. When emailing please include:

Your order number.

Description of the fault.

Photos or video of the fault.
Most manufacturers will offer a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase on their products. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer. Any decision on these matters is made at their discretion and is final.
Please note if we ask for a product(s) to be returned to us for inspection, repair or replacement then this cost must be covered by yourself.
This policy does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Policy
Before considering returning an item for a refund, please ensure it meets our refund criteria:

Product(s) have been received within the past 14 days.

Still in Original Packaging.

Still has tags attached.

Has not been used
We offer a refund of all goods purchased through Stumped Cricket, providing they are returned to us in their original packaging, with any tags attached and have not been used, you must notify us of your intent to cancel and return the items within 14 days of receiving them.
You then have 14 days to return your items after notifying us of your intent to cancel. Items returned in the above condition after the 14 days are eligible for an exchange or store credit if returned within 30 days.
Where an order has attracted free delivery upon purchase, we will always deduct our postage costs of £25.00 from any refunds of nonfaulty and or unwanted items. Additionally, any costs incurred to return items of this nature will be the responsibility of the customer, along with any responsibility for any items lost in transit when being returned. We would recommend a recorded delivery service to avoid these instances.
When an order includes a free gift as part of a promotion, you must return the free gift with your original item, or the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure that when posting your items back to us that you include:

A note confirming the items you are returning and the reason they are being returned.
Please note that should items be received by us not in original packaging, without tags, signs of use or wear and tear, they will be returned to you in the condition we have received them once you have paid our standard delivery charge of £25.

Complaints Policy

If a participant, parent or guardian would like to make a complaint to Stumped Cricket then they should contact us by email to richard@stumpedcricketcoaching.com, or by Post to Complaints, 11 Ainsty view, Whixley, YO26 8AJ. The participant, parent or guardian will be contacted within 72 hours of the complaint being lodged, but the complaints procedure may take up to 2 weeks.
