Hi I'm Richard, I am an ECB Level 2 qualified coach with over 5 years cricket coaching experience.

One of the great things about cricket is that you are always learning. Every ball is a new opportunity, a new chance to learn whether you are batting, bowling, keeping or fielding!

My aim is to help local cricketers to not only develop the technical side of their game but encourage them grow as individuals to show commitment, focus, openness, respect and courage. These characteristics, I believe, will help them to succeed and develop a love for the game whilst helping to set them up for where ever life takes them in the future.
